Help with stitched name translation on a flag

    Hello everyone,
I have a flag with a small stitched name in the corner. I am not sure which way is up, so there is a picture of each way. Can anyone tell me what this says? Thank you for your time and consideration.

What I found: If using the second pictured version, the middle looks like Naka and the right looks like Yama. so...... (?) Nakayama. I can't find the first character, and I am not sure I am reading it right.

The second photo is the correct side.

      仲山
      Nakayama

Usually Nakayama is written 中山 [central mountain]; the one on your flag means "Relation/brokerage Mountain".

If you parse the first kanji it shows a person standing next to -- or between -- the "middle" [仲] -- a go-between or broker. Dunno if that is really the proper etymology.
