Help ID 3 Japanese Naval(?) Hat Insignia

I don't recall where I got these but I have always liked them. Time to get them identified if possible. All three are in their same position from front photo to rear. All comments welcome and needed! daniel tarr817j

I collected Japanese headgear for years, now I'm an ordnance guy. Some may disagree but I'm of the opinion the top insigina is late 40's/50's vintage Japanese Merchant marine/Merchant marine academy officer(or Official) cap insigina. The middle insigina is post 1943 Naval NCO(Petty officer) cap insigina. The bottom is typical naval officer cap insignia.
