Navy Field Cap- Translation help Please

Greetings all,

Here is a nice honest navy cap I have. I was wondering what the inside tag reads. Date is faded but I believe it is Feb 1943?

Any assistance here would be great. Thank you.

I think You got the date right.
Nice issued green late war cap with white tag, they dont show up so often.

Nice IJN Type 3 cap with white tag.

Most of these caps were produced from Shanghai, and the specs were stamped in black ink. Your example is Yokosuka made.

This cap's last owner was 杉原　静彦 Shizuhiko Sugihara.

He was a Yokosuka Volunteer Mechanic (Aircraft) No. 8651 (Rather earlier batch, later would be in 5 numbers.

I agree with above. This variation with sewn in label is one of my favorites & uncommon compared to the Shanghai variation
