Hello, I need some help on the traduction of this Tasuki, thank you.

It says "Hall attendant" . It is not military related, but indicates this person, as the go-to person in case you can't find your seat, the bathroom, etc at the site of a creremony (weddings, funerals, etc) or some large meeting. In English, it would say "Information".
