    My new kesen fuku tunic

Today arrived my new kesen fuku tunic. Manufactured in 1944. Very fine condition. With dark green liner. The collar tabs are fixed with glue!?!?Buttons look like glass. Can someone tell me the meaning of the kanji? I would be main interested in the name of the owner and the arsenal mark.

          Buttons are probably porcelain

          Names are
          共和関前田
Kyouwakan Maeda??? This is really weird since Maeda is usually a family name and thus comes first and 共和関 is really weird for a name. I'm probably misreading.
          小暮幸七
          Kogure Koushichi

I always thought these tunics were never issued en masse, a bit weird to see one with names in it, and weirder still to see two names on such a minty tunic. Maybe it was used after the war for airsoft or something, the glued on collar tabs makes me suspect that even more.

ThankĀ“s for translation. Yes, very freaky and uncommon, who knows the truth.... . But the kanji looks old and the tunic has also low tracks of wear. However, an interesting late war piece in an nice condition.
