Japanese flag hideki tojo

Does anyone know the history of this flag. I have been told that one of the signatures is "hideki tojo" which seems unusual. Were these given as awards or what? I doubt that "hidki tojo" would have signed flags personally. Any information would be appeciated.

Use the search function and look up Tojo flag. You will find a wealth of information on these flags! In a nutshell, they are vintage flags that were made as souvenirs. late war, occupation time, or possible made by Seabees for trade.

Ps, although it does carry Tojos name on it, it was most certainly not signed by him.
