Okay guys this came in to the Fort Worth Militaria show yesterday with the common China incident medal, does not appear to have typical Japanese star on front, ,what is it please??!!

It's a Fireman's Diligence Medal/Badge.
I believe it's pre-war, war-time, or immediate post war.

Back: (From Right)

千葉県 (Chiba-kenn) - Chiba Prefecture
