Japaese combat helmet with Kanji on the outside

Can anyone read the Kanji that is painted on the side of this Japanese type 90 helmet? I have only seen kanji painted on the outside of civil style helmets. Ant help is appreciated, Thanks!

The name is either Muramatsu or Matsumura. Could be owners name or unit name
