Showa Enthronement Medal. Reverse dated 10 November 1928 (Showa 3).

The Japan Mint made four different medals to commemorate the enthronement of
Hirohito. One is the medal awarded to people, and the other three were sold in
    department stores.

Yours appears to be a ribboned medal, but one of the three that could be purchased.

        This one's easier!

        Right: 十四回柔道大会
14th [Annual] Judo Competition. It doesn't say "annual" but Number 14th Occurence.

        Center: 慎莫怠
        Modesty/self-control/discretion MUST NOT become Lazy/neglected

        1. Shin-Gi-Tai 心技体 [Mind-Technique-Body] or
        2. Shin-Gi-Tai 身技体 [Self-Technique-Body]
        Left: 東京市総合青年団
        Tokyo-Shi Sougo Seinen Dan
        Tokyo City, Combined Youth Group

        Bottom: 昭和十一年六月
        Showa 11 Year, 6th Month (June 1936).
