WW 2 Un issued Japanese sword need translation PLEASE

WW 2 Un issued Japanese sword need translation PLEASE

The sword was a WW2 bring back witch I got from a family member.
The tang is marked with maker? and also a assembly number I think 35
the handle is about new condition as is the sheath.
Any translation would be helpful. and a real value as it is in mint unused condition.
    Thanks
    Walterlo

    Hello,

I've waited to see what would be shown next but at the time of my writing I see you are no longer listed as an active user on the thread so maybe that's all the photos you plan to upload. If so I think you will find quite a few more are needed before an accurate judgment as to type, authenticity and value can be rendered.

    Regards,
    Stu

Gunto; Yes, but he has asked for a valuation as well ("Any translation would be helpful. and a real value as it is in mint unused condition.") and while he has referred to it as mint I've heard that before and it's not always the same in the eyes of a person who specializes in swords rather than militaria. I'm not suggesting the sword is anything other than what he says but felt that more input would be required (for me at least) before an opinion was offered.

I found out the maker of the sword.
The name translates to YOSHI TERU a ww2 era swordsmith very little written on this maker he is in toko taikan as a gendai smith.
if anyone would like to see photos I would e-mail them to you.
I have only been able to post two photos at a time.
Just give me an e-mail and I will send all the pictures I have.

That is a nice set of fittings you have there. Not often seen in that condition.
