    Nambu Holster for Review

Hey all I picked this up last year from a vet along with some ordinance. I am sure of its authenticity, but since I consideing selling it I thought I would put it up for review. Initially I wanted to keep this piece, but since I cant own a pistol to go with it for 3 years, i dont see a point in keeping it. I believe this to be one of the late war variations. Since it has some leather on it I assume, its not the latest? I feel its in great shape, and I like the fact that the strap is still intact. I have seen a lot of nambu holsters, but never a late one with a strap(in person). Though I have searched the mighty google and managed to find one similar example. I noticed two things, one the seller didnt know more than me, and to, he wanted crazy money.... Well I am interested in hearig what you all think. Also I am wondering what would be a good estand price?
    Thanks all

        Nice original late war holster.

This is indeed a later issue as indicated by the single Nagoya inspector mark on the inside of the flap. The holster has what looks like a non-period replaced closer strap on the flap, so that does effect value. Having the shoulder strap and the spare firing pin help a lot, just too bad about that closure strap.
