The helmet device is repro the paint looks like a german camo scheme. I can't tell if the liner is good. The cover, if real, more than likely have a stamp, but not all did. I don't know what they did to the cover a winter camo. I can't say I have seen any covers done up for snow camo as of yet. I would have to see a lot better photos to make a guess at this one. I do like the anchor on the cover. I have never seen vent hols on a navy cover only army also. Jareth should be able to impart more.

The helmet liner looks like a repro to me. The pics are shockers as well. It appears someone has painted over the cover. AS you say the vent holes look unusual.

Total fake inside & out. Shell might be real.

Both cover and helmet are poorly executed fake/fantasy pieces...and ugly as hell also.
