Questions on small lot

I recently picked up these and was hoping to sell these on estand but I'm not a Japanese collector so I really don't know what to ask for them. Any ideas would be great!! If you feel uncomfortable posting it please PM me.

Well, the only thing that I an say with certainty is that none of this material is military.
The flags are a standard Japanese Hinomaru and a pre 1910 Korean flag that represents the design used before the Japanese occupation ( although it is not likely that old).
The cap was for some para military or civilian factory use that would have had one of many kinds of badges applied.
I dont really know what kind of a value range would be for everything, but it is not very much.
