    Small Army flag...Help

I have this small Army flag, I think? Could it be WW2? It is small about 16" by 27" and I think its made of linen not silk. Can anyone tell me what the writing on it says? Value? Thanks for any help.

It does appear to be one the cheap wartime made flags for any number of uses. It has what appear to be town names above and personal names below in the 3 white rays. One name I can read is Yagi Masako, a womans or girls name. So it would seem to be Yosegaki or typical signed good luck flag that perhaps was not completed with more names?
Value is not too much on these, probably around 75 bucks, but perhaps a little more if someone really wants it.

The name of the townships are all from today's Izumi City in the Osaka area.
This flag refers to Izumi as a township, which by itself narrows down the time of signing to the period between April 1, 1933 and Sept 1, 1956.

          Thank You

Thank You,I did not know anything about this untill last weekend and that was only that this was a Army flag. The guy who sold me this all so had one like this with no wrtitng on it and two Meatball ones that were for sure silk. This was cheap enough, less than $45 so I took a chance and I'm even happier now. Thanks again.
