I was hoping that someone might have some information about a Commander Shiga and an NLF unit under him. I recently picked up a commem. photo book that evidently celebrates the capture of Shiamen (Amoy invasion 1938). Hopefully, if all goes well, I can have pictures posted in a few days time. In particular, was Commander Shiga and his unit based out of Sasebo? I live about an hour away from Sasebo and figured maybe the book came out of a house in the general area. Any information would be of great help. Thanks!
