Correct original steel anchor as it should be on this one. As beretta mentions, liner is late. Usually seen in stencil anchors. I'm good with it in this configuration though. Looks like a nice complete honest helmet. Net is good but has some repairs that may or may not be period. I never judge the net/helmet by scratches on the helmet. Period pics show that nets were really not used unless in combat or on maneuvers. No telling when it was put on there. Would have to have a hands on to pass judgement on that. Even then you just never know. Some scream original set. Most are like this. It's a nice rig. One to be proud of. Nice pick up!
