Austrian Headgear???

Looks like a hat for an Austrian Beamten. I have one very similar.

I should have been more specific. My comments were for the first hat you posted pictures of. It is very difficult to date these pieces of head gear. They were worn in the second half of the 1800 and then with some slight changes from 1918 to 1938 (period of the First Republic). I am tempted to put your first hat in the First Republic period but I am not an expert in this field.
I have no idea what country the hat in the second set of pictures is from. Since this style of hat was worn by almost every country at some point it could be from anywhere. If there is still a label inside the hat this might help identify it.
