Can you ID this medal?

This one has stumped me for some time. Any ideas as to what it is and the country of origin? At first I thought maybe a Fraternal Order or Masons award. I've no idea. I have searched many web site and I've found noting that comes even remotely close to the award.

Starburst appears brass with enamel motif to the center. No markings to the reverse and the pin is missing but the loop is still present.

I agree that it's probably a fraternal order or drinking club medal. The key is likely in the central leaf. I thought at first it was an oak leaf but it doesn't look quite right for that. Interesting.

Can't sell it if I don't know what it is.
