Are these collar tabs Dutch?

Are these Dutch? and are they collar tabs? They came with a small WWII US veteran's group. Any help would be appreciated.

A flaming grenade stands fore grenadier. Dutch grenadiers only had the flamming grenade on there color with out the blue back ground. But I know that the Belgium army used colored colortabs. Mayby Belgium tabs?
