I have had these old badges for a long time . I believe they are Austrian political badges dating from the 1st Republic 1919-1934.

Now I can see Your pics. These badges are post 1945. Early Member badges of "Oberösterreichischer Kriegsopferverband OÖKV" (Organization of war-victims form Upper-Austria).

Here - for exemple -is an honor-badge for 25 years of membership.

I have another question for you. It appears that the letters on my larger badge are different
from the other one. OKVW and the downstroke of the 'K' is an 'L' ???
