My Turkish War Medals

My latest find and one of the most favorite ribbon bars,

German 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class; the Austrian Military Merit Medal with silver wreath; The Turkish Ottoman Empire Order of Medjidie with crossed silver swords; the Turkish War Medal and Kingdom of Bulgaria Military Merit Order with crown over crossed bronze swords.

Sadly I have to tell you that I no longer own the last ribbon bar I have posted. The dealer sends me an e mail today if I would pay for my order I placed two weeks ago on which I have paid through Paypal but something happened and he can't see the payment. So he puts it back on website and sells it before he sends me a email asking if I was still interested otherwise he would put it back. So I pay immediately but he sends my money back and tells me he sold it.

Very simple. He could have warned me that he did not receive the money before selling it to someone else. Now he had lost a potential buyer of WWI Turkish items like me.

Some bad dealers kill the joy of collecting...

A New Photo of a Wehrmacht Hauptmann with TWM

I recently discovered a TWM owner Hauptmann photo in my collection. I had the photo for 3 years but I never noticed the big size, most probably a JH Werner TWM on his breast. He has what looks to be a 9 place ribbon bar and a KVK ribbon. Can anyone has an idea which branch he could be?
