What Uniform?

Would anyone know what uniform this is and when it was used? It has camo slip-on soft boards with a yellow Arabic-looking sword embroidered on them. Black velcro above upper chest pockets. Left side sleeve pen pocket with a strip of black velcro above. Right side sleeve has a pocket. Reinforced elbows. Doesn't appear to have any tags.

I think the sword is Asian rather than Arabic: maybe Malayan, Indonesian or perhaps Burmese.
