What is that order?? Belgian??

It looks more like the order of St.Stanislaus, the ribbon indicates this. While it may have features like a Belgian medal I don't believe it's a Belgian medal.

The ribbon is very similar to St Stan with slight difference, the medal is completely diiferent.

Very odd. I can find nothing like it. I thought it might be Luxemburg but no.

It is rather crudely made and the heraldry is very odd with a copy of itself in itself.

Might just be a costume piece or some sort of lodge jewel.

That's what I was thinking. Never seen a medal/order with image of the same (or another) order on it.

I would say it is a costume piece. Lodge/Masonic jewels are usually of a very high quality.

once there was a medal just the same like this one on ebay belgium with description , "order ofor the red cross" , he advertised this because teh other medals from the same guy also came from the belgium red cross , maybe that direction ?
