    My Mexican collection

    Thought I'd share my Mexican collection, It's not much, but I do have some nice items.

    A Mexican cavalry helmet, without liner though.


    A 100 year independence pin with a picture of Hidalgo, this year we celebrate 200 years independence (yes, we)


    A military document about a mayor who is named president of the army's box commission


    Now some medals
    This is a perseverance medal


    A Mexican revolution commemorative medal

    Very nice, Is it possible to get a closer shot of the collar insignia for the officer pictured in the ID card? The Medal for the revolution 1913-14 is very nice.

        By any chance could this officer be Bolivian military?

          I don't know much about Mexican militaria actually, so I can't say based on the collar insignia.
          The card itself clearly is Mexican. You can see the eagle on the stamp, but it looks like there is no ink on the photo. Perhaps it has been changed?
          La Paz is a place in both Mexico and Bolivia, but BC stands for Baja California, witch is a state in Mexico.
