Unknown collar tabs. Finnish?

received this batch of collar tabs and shoulder boards yesterday, but not able to identify them properly (or; at all!).
Any hints or help much appreciated!

reverse shows celluloid or plastic backing on some of them. Shoulder boards reminds me of German Ww2 polizei.

My first though was Finnish as well but that is way off.

They are very German in style!

They could be some sort of Nazi era local auxiliary police/local security troops??

No, second and third row are post war Bavarian, Wachtmeister - Hauptmeister!

I think, that most of the shoulder boards are also post war German.

All post-war, pre-1978, Bundespolizei for sure. The shoulder rank is probably the following:

Rheinland-Pfalz
Schleswig-Holstein
Schleswig-Holstein
Schleswig-Holstein
Breman?
Breman?
Bundesgrenzschutz
Bundesgrenzschutz

The problem with some of these things is that some of the Polizei units used rank that was very similar, but differed slightly in color. Others, like Bayern, used unique rank. Worse, the rank sometimes changed over time. I've got a handle on some of the differences but not all the variations.
