    It looks like its made of silver, and to comemorate that triple alliance. But I dont know how it was given out, or anything else.

      Thanks Jean Loup. The watch is marked around "GUERRE EUROPEENNE 1914/15 so it is possible but not sure it was made after 1915 and ww1 périod.

        I would say it was probably made in 1915; if it had been made afterwards, it would have a later date, like 1916 for example. Same priciple as on croix de guerre's.
        If it had been made after 1917, and the russian revolution, I doubt very strongly it would have that triple entente thing on it.

          Yes Jean Loup,you're right .This kind of item is out of my collection so what can be the range of value for this one ? The watch work very well and only the little hand is missing".

              It almost looks as if the watch back was made out of one of the medals. It has the names of the men on both the medal and the watch. Do you think they fashioned a silver medal into the back of the watch? Steve
