Have some Israeli Rank Slides and got a question about.
When I understand the Net-findings right, the Sand coloured ones with Print are Field Dress and the ones with Metal Attachment for the Service Dress.
The Red Background denoted a Combat Deployment?
On New Immages yo u cna see them on all BAdges without any special note.
Maybe to note that I have them at least since the early 1990's so they're not the modern ones.
Maybe somebody can tell me.

The top pair are what I used to see on dress uniforms back in the 1970s and I believe were standard for many years after. The bottom pair are a bit strange for my admittedly foggy recollections. My time in the IDF was a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.

The first pair are the ones I remember seeing on dress uniforms in the 1970s; I imagine they remained the norm for some time afterward. The bottom two look a little off to my admittedly hazy memory. It was a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away that I served in the Israeli Defense Forces.
