    Enamel Cockade?

    Well it looks like a cockade, might have have had a single prong to the top and the pin added at a later date, to me the top crown looks German so i hope ive placed this in the right section, all comments are welcome

      Not Russian but Yugoslavian, i belive Petar1 whatever that means, some more reading to do

      p,s, Perhaps a kind MOD could move this over to the International section.

        It a serbian ww1 officers cockarde. PI stands for Petar I. The original "forks" are mising (they were soldered on the top where you can see remnants...) and replaced by a pin (never seen anything like this). As far as I can tell from the photos the cockarde looks OK dough.

            I have one of these and yours looks fine (though altered). It's Serbian, as identified.
