Enclosed, you will find some images of a M1894 Prussian Kürassier NCO/One Year Volunteer Pickelhaube. Would you be so kind as to give me your opinion about this item and tell me why the helmet plate is not a Cuirassier one?

This looks to be a nice original private-purchase helmet. The classic wing joined to leg kurassier plate I've mainly observed on issue EM's helmets. Only very occasionally with officer-quality plates...
