Looks like a nice GDC or GKR helmet to me.

at first view it looks ok, but crown should be silver coloured on a enlisted man helmet, and small black eagle on helmet plate needs to be loose from backplate if you can make the test

I'm not a collector myself, but I understand the historic importance of collecting. A friend of mine found a parade eagle and gave it to me. He thinks it's not worth anything, but I disagree. I volunteered to find out more about this eagle.

I'm trying to find out how I can upload images using the 'insert image' button. So far without success, but I asked Sebastian Bianchi for help.

Hello,

In order to post photos, you must pay $25 to become an "association member". This $25 annual membership fee also enables you to buy and sell on the e-stand section.

It is the best $25 per year that you will ever spend, in my opinion.

I'm not a collector, as I mentioned earlier. My goal was to ask the forum about the parade eagle being original or not. But two days ago I received an experts validation: it's the real thing and it will be auctioned in 2013.
