I found this device recently, I suppose it's called a "ARS 69 Kleine Rohrensender "

it's missing switch, clock and voltmeter,

has anyone some more info on this type of item ? thanks in advance

Hello imperialhelmet guy,

They have some radios very similar to this one in the Royal Army Museum in Brussels. I posted one picture on the French forum. I may have some information on German radios, but I don't have the time to go through my reference material tonight.
