There is normaly a special plate for bavarian shako, could you make a picture of inside, behind the plate?
on your plate, the crown is repaired......

David, the unique Tschako Wappen you mention was only for officers. On Bavarian Tschako Mannschaften and NCOs wore a Wappen identical to the infantry 1896 Pickelhaube Wappen.Originally posted by LA MITRAILLE View PostComment

Of course i know it's the same wappen to the infantry, it's not a smaller one!
I just mean that if you want to set up the feldzeichen, and if it holds, there should be a special plate. In ersatz's tsckakos, it is often just a crack to cross the feldzeichen........look at the tschako show by JR 92 and you'll understand what i mean.
