              Ok
Let me try to explain and Iam done.
The pictures for the auction ending on the 7th April have the same liner band without the pads and the mailing stamps.
The pictures for the auction ending on the 11th April have the same liner band WITH the pads and the mailing stamps.
You were never going to recieve this helmet, got it!!!!

                What am I missing here

On 7 April 2010 "the-rooster" sold the camo shell to "brauh" for $440.00. The outside of this shell had no postal label, and no stamps. The inside retained the liner band only.

On 11 April 2010 "braugh" sold the helmet to Mike for $650.00. The outside shell now has postal label and stamps added. Also, liner pads were glued to the liner band (he admitted that in his description).

As I have said the stamps and label were added, why would I not have recieved the helmet.

I paid via Paypal with full buyer protection.

The helmet was messed with AFTER the auction on the 7th by ADDING THE STAMPS, LABELS AND GLUEING IN SOME PADS........

                  You are making no sense.......

                      Allright
                      Eric,s wrong AGAIN!
You guy,s must know me by now, I get a bit emotional.
But I still find it hard to believe that "brauh" would of had the time. Remember he say,s the glue"helped a little bit"with the pads and not he did it or replaced them, and first seller say,s "only the band remains"(Why would,nt he replace the whole liner?) and stick those labels on, then list on ebay. (7th sold and shipped, 11th, done up, listed). Thats fast work!
So "the rooster" is just an honest seller. He must be he has 100% feedback.

OK I get it now. Buyer of the helmet had the parts no hand that is obvious. To glue liner pads in and add the stamps and labels would take no more then a few hours once he got the helmet. He then listed it on ebay and re sold.

So where is the helmet now with second buyer? I still say he's a TR collector LOL
