M18 Liner

Got this one 12 hours ago. Everything looks good but thinking about it at work tonight I don't like the front pad. It looks ok to be but the feeling of it does not match the back two. The back two pads are a little dry and stiff.
Maybe I am imagining things but the front pad seems a little "spongy" like some repro's I have felt. If the front pad is original I'd have to say darn! They make em just like the repros or.... Vs.

Thought I'd post this and if anyone sees anything out of place let me know.

Is this the helmet that was on ebay a short time ago?
My friend your worrying over nothing. You got a great deal on this. I,ve seen this before with liners. Have the two other pads still got their cushions? I think over time the cushions absorbe the moisture drying the pads thats all. It also looks the liner has never been out of the helmet.

Chuck you forgot a smile or laugh emotocon after that joke! The Back two pads are fine and I think Eric's explanation is the missing link here. The Front pad was indeed missing the pad.

This is the helmet that was on ebay a few weeks ago yes. It still had dried mouse poo still in it! Ewwww Haunta virus no extra charge
Oh ya liner has indeed never been out of the helmet. And the front pad seems to be crimped in as it was originally but I did not tug too hard on it.

It was a joke! Chuck had too much Sugar this morning
I seem to be addicted to M18's. All I ever wanted was a size 64 Greenie. Now I got one repaint 64, this new 62 (And I will take another look at the stamp it looks odd like it might even be a 60! ) and a 66.

There is a green 66 on ebay now I am after. If anyone else is looking to bid contact me so we can discuss what we're willing to bid so we don't bid against each other.
