Officers tunic?

What do you think about this one? Could it be legit ww1 tunic? Sorry for the poor pics but thats all I have for now....

All I can tell you is with those shoulder straps, it's not an officer's tunic. Is there any indication of what the country of origin is? Perhaps the buttons have some markings on the back?
