    The Holy Grail has been found!

    I found the holy grail two years ago but it was sold before I could get in contact with the seller.

    Once I can find a helmet like this one I can stop looking for M16's

    The only other helmets that compare is one of Chuck's new ones and a helmet one of our New Zealand

    Anyone know of any other helmets this nice? I thought I had one but it was a repaint.

          That nice in a better economy $2000+ easy. Its a beautiful not typical camo pattern. At the moment prices range between $500-$1500. Thanks to W for showing it.

            I'd grit my teeth and pay 2 grand for it. All I know is that collection was in England. Not sure who the buyer was.

              I will have to take a picture of the camo I have in my collection, which came to me out of the woodwork. The liner is there, chinstrap, pads and is a camo. I am not so sure you might consider it as beautiful but it is in great shape and an honest helmet. Nicest WWI helmet I own. Chris

                Guys! Take as close a look at the camo in the opening post as you can. Does anyone think it could be a fake? I am having my doubts about it now. I happend to find some more photos of it. I'd post if I could but can't.

                    I think youve been camo helmet whipped once too often...now ...what would you call that...(first one that is) The....honeycomb pattern? I liked the cosh.

                        Two more. Tell me I am wrong but it looks like a repaint. The aging is too forced looking and it looks like an English Sand paper job. NO offece to the English intended.

                          Ahhh the inside, bad pads. Lose pins. Liner band seems original to the helmet but over all Yuk!

                              Ohhhh my dreams are crushed! I've had that helmet in my files for two years. It looked so good in the first photo and now

                              It's funny how I posted the photo and within weeks it pops up on ebay.

                              I'd probably pay 200 for it at most. I wonder if the pattern is original or if someone copied an original.
