The Pickelhaube
I can tell you the pickelhaube is an enlisted mans of Prussia. Model 1895 until 1912. The plate is used before 1912 for Grenadier Regiments 5,6,10,11, & 12.
Also noticed the spike is incorrect, it's an officers spike, it should have the short regular EM spike without the pearl ring on the base. And the mounting stud pins are wrong. There to large for this helmet. But over all its a nice helmet every thing else looks good. All you need is the proper spike and studs, and you've got a nice piece! ........ Question: Is it for sale by chance?
