My first thougt was old style of prussian Firedepartment. But thy have another cuffs and different crowns on straps. See a Pic from Uniformbook.

the guy that sell to me say me something about Stuttgart Gendarmerie, but I find nothing on the net.

Never, Stuttgart Gendarmerie has lightblue collar and Cuff. The Collartabs and Cuffstripes are yellow or Gold as Offizier. Buttons are golden. Inside it is darkgrey. Stamps are "LK" means " Landjäger Korps" Unifom is black and the piping is red. Shoulderstrap are black with blue piping and red crown. I hava a good foto, but black/white.
Other police or gendarmerieuniforms looks also diffrent.
But your tunic is not really typical for a german tunic.
Maybee it could be a private Firedepartment tunic., of a unknown city.

The one thing that I can tell you is that the crown on the shoulder straps is definitely Wüttembergisch in style. It is the same crown that is on all Württemberg shoulder straps that have a crown and royal Chiffre.
