Not an Imperial German Navy Luger holster. Not German. May be a Bergman but it is hard to say with no photos of te front and back of the holster.

Very nice 1851 colt navy holster, The last one I had was not as nice but still sold for 600.00 The pouch on the front is for an extra cylender.

This, infact, is both germman and us!
Prussia Navy used 1851 Nay Colts imported from the US during the 1950s and 60s. KM Stamp stands for Königliche Marine and indicates the use in Prussia.
