            Looks to be either a Bavarian Chevauleger or Uhlan.

                It can't be Chevauleger, they wore Swedish cuffs, not Polish.

                From the photos I can't tell the true color of the uniform. If it is dark green, then it is Kgl. Bayer. 1. Ulanen-Regiment Kaiser Wilhelm II., König von Preußen. Their facings were wine-red, which I think of as being a bit darker than this, but perhaps I'm wrong. Only the Bavarian Ulans had piping on only the opening side of the coat, which this coat has. The Bavarian regiment also had plain epaulettes with no number or cypher, as this one has.

                          I agree with the earlier post that it's an ulanka from the 1st Bavarian Ulans. The tailor label shows a location in Bamberg, which I believe is in Bavaria. Can't be many of these remaining.

                              Yes, Bamberg is in Bavaria and the Regiment was located in that town.
