sorry for the long delay but heres a full interior shot and another exterior. after all the posts i looked carefully again for a light stamp or a stamp outside or anywhere else and just cannot find it! also as an aside its nteresting that the writing on the pad (also in pencil on the skirt) indicated that the "boche helmet" was "captured sep 12 1918 by mort thomas" -- thought the date was familiar (sorry not as current on the history) and its the same as my gold mg water can -- youve all seen them -- and then realized this was the start of the first US offensive -- evidently a big day that mort wanted to comemerate.
