Officer's Picklehaube value?

As was mentioned above "On e-stand, however, the rules state that a seller should allow a return for any reason within 7 days after the item is delivered."
I've gotten a bit tougher about ebay sales due to the flako factor but from my webpage I'm looser and from estand I've taken back a uniform that "didn't fit", a campaign medal that "didn't look right" even though it was identical to Call of Duty and Gliem examples, and a current issue medal that was mint unissued but "just not as good a quality as I expected".

I am going to resell it, or something else, and get the money back to him.
