There is something odd about the way the shoulder straps are affixed. Normally, a custom purchase tunic would have the shoulder straps sewn into the shoulder seam, not top stitched on the outside like this.
The Gibraltar cuff band was designated to be worn by this unit in January 1901. So, this uniform could date from then until 1915, when it was replaced with the new Friedensuniform. This tunic appears to be the M1895 version with the 21mm buttons and rear tail vent.
