          Rick,

          Very, very nice!

Could you show more of the case exterior and inside with put the badge? I've never seen the case before and would really appreciate it!

          Cheers

A fantastic example of a cased Prussian Pilot's badge!!! Congratulations! I'm all for a photo collection of original WW1 pilot/ observer badges, we need more reference on them. I can contribute a few photos if needed of my badge.

              Cheers,
              Brett

                Rick,

Nice cased Imperial pilot badge. It's a premiere for me: I have never seen before a cased one! I can understand you that you consider this piece as a "keeper".

                My compliments.

                Ciao,

                Claudio

Keeper? You mean, you will never never sell this one right? GOOD! I think I have only "keepers", I can't image to sell some of my pieces even if I have to live under a bridge

                    Wow!

                    Beautiful piece, Stogie!

What should one look for in a wartime, issue example? One that was actually "up there"?

I would love to have a Prussian Pilot Badge, but I'm scared to invest in one because of lack of knowledge on what constitues a period original - rather than a '20s or later example....
