Hi,

The attached 1870 EK2 is currently on eBay.de by a seller (furchtlosundtreu14) that has items I would not touch (at least the pinback items, most of which I looked at), including this cross.

For me, it's a repro. The inner corners of the frames are ROUGH, the beading looks worn/flat in places but the (?spray) paint looks unworn. Is it a variation of the broken crown seal type, something new or just something I haven't picked up on before?

This POS sold for 334 Euro. All bidders hidden so impossible to say how much shill bidding was involved though!

I've noticed that on US ebay also. Fake crosses going for stupid money.

I stay away from any auction where the bidders are hidden.
