    This kinda asks more questions than it answers, Prussian shooting award ‘altered’
    And finely engraved depiction of a prewar French made Farman in flight . Judging by the patina and verdigree this is not a recent marriage . Maybe the guy had pilot envy and wanted something like a flyers qualification badge ,or maybe an early club flyers badge ?? Either way it’s nice work on the hand engraving

    That's a weird one, what does the back look like?

      It’s just blank, centre plate soldered on to wreath, maybe he didn’t get as far as applying any hardware or it was meant as a display piece
