ribbon bar question!

I just snagged this lot off eBay.de, can anyone ID the strip with the 3 blue & white ribbons, with mini crosses??

I'm not shure about it, but it could be a bavarian merit medal bar after 1945 for service for the government or so - I will search for it, and when I get any information I will post them.

Thanks, I assumed Bavarian, but have never seen them before. Also considered that they might be some type of shooting awards??

Yes, but..

..... it will be 3 weeks minimum before I have them in hand to do it. Mail service is the pits lately! I received my shipments from detlev yesterday, for orders placed on 9/20 & 9/27. The package from 9/8/02 is still missing!!!!! If these keeps up, I'm going to have to switch to a courrier service, or stop buying over there. Can't afford too many hits on the packages I have inbound!
