Hello All!<o =""></o>
Just spreading the good word.
You may have heard mention of a court jeweller in Vienna by the name of Rothe C. F. & Neffe OHG. Sad, but true, the two remaining family members, elderly sisters, closed the firm and sold off everything at the end of 2004.
To save you some trouble, I’ve already checked: Everything, and I do mean everything has been sold – toast!<o =""></o>
If you see any high quality Austrian, German or Central Powers pieces coming on the market for the next while there is a strong likelihood that they will be from the Rothe liquidation.
One of the spinoffs of the Rothe liquidation is their ribbon inventory. It has popped up on eBay.de and is not to be missed:

If you need any Imperial Austrian, German or Central Powers’ ribbons, now’s your chance – this stuff will be original, period, top quality.
Good luck, all I can do is cry in my beer.<o =""></o>
Cheers,
Laurie
