Hi!
Robert Pandis states in his latest book that this is a new maker revealed and shows a badge like yours as a proof. It has a deviant hardware setup, though.
I personally think the name on it rather could be a reseller's trade mark, just like the "Sedlaczek"-engravings.
The logo looks like it has been executed with a rotating instrument, best to be seen at the "&". The bulbous endings of the straight lines point into that direction as well. So it's not a punch, what usually is to be exspected for a makers mark.
If the badge is real at all, that is. (...what I don't know! There are a lot of fakes around with this front design)

Thank you for your response. This is not my badge, it is currently for sale on a popular dealer's website for over $800.00 I only posted the images as a service to any potential buyers that might read this thread.

I completely agree with your evaluation. I have The first two Pandis books, but not his latest one. I believe this badge was created to deceive.

I would like to get multiple opinions so I can notify the seller if necessary.
