medal identification help- German, Austrian, or Hungarian ??

I found this medal with some WWI/WWII items.

I don't know what it is, or if it's even military related?

The ribbon is in the style of Hungarian or Austrian?

but... it might even be a scholastic medal for achievement in school? Since there is an owl? But, breasts showing on the woman, and this maybe not scholastic??

That is probably the goddess Minerva - which usually does have something to do with learning.

The ribbon colours could also indicate Spain.

I find naked breasts on an Austrian medal rather unlikely.

Possibly from a sports event for fourth place? I have a couple on odd medals found in vets' groupings which were sports related.

I would still lean toward Minerva. There is clearly an owl next to the figure and Minerva is frequently paired with an owl.

I agree with the "4th place" due to the reverse.

The artistry suggests to me of an Italian manufacture.
